All prices quoted are subject to VAT. The full cost of the course will be payable at the time of booking or via an installment plan agreed with us. If full payment is not received at this point, your place will not be guaranteed until the full payment has been received. You will then receive your booking confirmation, however if you do not receive this confirmation please check with us before attending and this can be sent or emailed to you.

Hair Education Company may cancel the event if a minimum amount of bookings are not received. If Hair Education Company has cancelled a training event the fee(s) will be refunded. Hair Education Company is not liable for any subsequent costs that are incurred as a result of cancellation.

Cancellation of bookings by you:

For those unable to attend an event, a substitute delegate may be sent at any time at no extra charge. The full fee will be payable where cancellation is made less than two weeks prior to the event. We must be notified of any cancellations by email to info@haireducationcompany.co.uk. In all cases, cancellations after the course has been invoiced will be charged at the full rate.

Charge for non-attendance at our events:

Please note that if you fail to turn up at the event for which you booked a place the full cost of the course will be charged.

Please note:

To ensure the very best results can be achieved for you and your model, it’s important that the hair condition and porosity of each model is suitable for any proposed services. Are they the right model for you? Please remember, that to achieve the true objectives for the education session, you need to ensure your models are in tune with what you would like to achieve. If an educator feels that the service may compromise the model’s hair then they may decline to offer the service.
